Terms & Conditions Relating to UK RETAIL Purchase Transactions
These General Terms & Conditions apply to goods ordered on this website via the internet or by email or telephone with reference to this website and do not apply to other purchases. Internet offers relate to internet transactions only.

2. Order process
2.1 Our catalogue of products on this website is an invitation to buy and not an offer to sell those products.
2.2 An offer is made when you place the order for your products. However, we will not have made a contract with you until we accept your offer.
2.3 We take payment from Trade Account Customers via normal Bank Transfer and for retail Customers we take payment from your card or account when we process your order and have checked your card or account details through our separate WorldPay or Paypal portal. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods specified in your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be made to you if you have already paid for the goods.
2.4 If you include a correct e-mail address with your order we will send you an order acknowledgement. This is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance by the Seller.
2.5 Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, our order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are dispatched for delivery to your address as the cardholder or Paypal account holder making payment for the goods. The contract of sale does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your card or account and we have sent an order acknowledgement.
2.6 It is possible from time to time that goods described on this website are not immediately available for sale. If this occurs your order will not be or will not have been accepted whether or not any goods have been dispatched. We may ask you whether you wish to purchase other goods we may have available or the goods which may have been dispatched to you in error. In the event that you wish to accept an alternative product or products your order will be amended. In the event that you do not wish to accept an alternative, we will treat your order as cancelled and any incorrect goods dispatched may be returned for full refund.
2.7 The contract will be formed at the point and place from which the goods are dispatched.
2.8 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 2.5 above.
2.9 We do not hold details of your order for you to access. Please print out these terms and conditions and any order acknowledgement for your own records.
3.1 All retail purchases are protected by WorldPay or Paypal, our secure payment service providers, to ensure the security of each transaction. Both WorldPay and Paypal make use of Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Certificates to ensure the authenticity and security of each transaction, employing 2048 bit encryption, the strongest level employed by any payment service provider.
3.2 Payment may be made by any one of the methods indicated on our website and accepted by either WorldPay or Paypal. We are unable to process orders with more than one method of payment.
3.3 We will only accept payment and orders if the name on the payment card or Paypal account and the name on the order are the same. If there is a discrepancy, the order will not be accepted.
3.4 Where payment is made using the additional security verification provided by Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode facilities, we will deliver to the address specified on the order. Where such additional security facilities are not used, we will only deliver the ordered goods to the address that we are able to verify as the cardholder’s address. In circumstances where the additional security verification of Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode facilities are not used, if you request us to deliver to an address other than that of the cardholder, the order will not be processed and will be declined.
3.5 If there are any other discrepancies in relation to the order or the type of payment card or the identity or address of the cardholder or account holder or any other matters which may cause doubt over the integrity of the transaction, the order and payment will be declined.
3.6 You will be charged the current price for buying goods from this website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are in GB Pounds and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. Any prices shown in Euros or other currencies from time to time are for information only for customers who may be living in countries other than UK and all payments will only be accepted in GB Pounds.
3.7 A delivery charge will be added at checkout, subject to any Free Delivery offers available from time to time. Please view our Delivery Information page for details of all delivery charges. Please also note that where larger size/weight items1 are returned for refund, a re-stocking charge will be made to cover the increased handling, packing & delivery charge over our standard rate. See clause 7.1 below. Re-stocking charges will not apply where items are exchanged for similar goods.
3.8 We make every effort to ensure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may arise. If that should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm if you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and refund any payment that may have been taken. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
4.1 Subject always to the very specific terms of clause 3.4 above we deliver to any verifiable address within the UK and to any verifiable and identifiable address in the countries in Europe that fall within our distribution list – please refer to our Delivery Information page. For European deliveries and deliveries further afield, please request a copy of our International Terms & Conditions relating to deliveries to those countries. We do not deliver to PO Boxes and any orders placed for these addresses will be cancelled and if payment has been taken a full refund will be given and the order cancelled.
4.2 All deliveries or goods ordered from this website will require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will serve as proof that delivery has been received by you or the person to whom the order is addressed. In placing your order you specifically acknowledge this condition. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to tell you that a delivery has been attempted. Please follow the instructions on that card so that you may collect the item or arrange another delivery.
5.1 All products on this website are subject to age purchase restrictions and you must be over the age of 18 to purchase products from this website and be the holder of a valid and verifiable payment card or Paypal account. By placing your order for any of the products, you are deemed to acknowledge this condition and you confirm that you have reached the required age. Your entire order will be cancelled if we are unable to verify your age using the details you have submitted.
5.2 Any measurements or weights that may be shown for any products or packaging are approximate and are subject to change without notice.
5.3 Any colours that may be shown for any products have been reproduced as accurately as the photographic and production process will allow but are not guaranteed.
5.4 All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law. Accordingly, the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
5.5 Any price reductions shown or special offers listed are reductions from the original price charged on this website.
If for any reason you wish to do so, you have the right to cancel any order you have placed other than in respect of goods made to your specification or goods that have been personalised and certain other goods as specified by the regulations. Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may cancel them up to 14 working days, starting from the day after the goods were received, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which came into force on 13 June 2014.
The following procedures will apply:
6.1 You must email our online Customer Service Team – email@example.com – or write to us at our address to notify us of your wish to cancel. If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods and even though your order may have been cancelled, delivery usually cannot be stopped (except on occasions where cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order). Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods or return them to us. Goods must be returned to their original point of dispatch and while they are temporarily in your possession you must take proper and reasonable care of them.
6.2 For instructions on how to return an order, please see Section 7 below and our Returns Policy page. You will be responsible for the cost of Royal Mail or other carrier returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.
7.1 We will exchange or refund your purchase provided you notify us within 14 working days following the day of delivery but your purchase must be returned unopened and in its original packaging together with any promotional or free items included in the order. The return must be carried out using the procedure described below. Please note there will be a re-stocking charge for larger size/weight items (See Note 1) or in the event of any other refund request where the goods delivered were not faulty or defective.
7.2 If cancelling your purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your product must be complete and in new and fully saleable condition. If you have opened the box or packaging to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or the packaging in any way. The product must not have been used. It should be returned with the original box and packaging together with any promotional or free items included in the order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Where your order relates to electronic products – [eg cameras, GPS systems, trackers or smart watches] and the box is sealed with an adhesive security seal, the purchase cannot be exchanged or returned where the security seal has been broken, damaged, removed or otherwise tampered with. Please ensure that the box is returned with the security seals intact. In every case where electronic products have been supplied, whether with or without a security seal, approval for an exchange or refund will be entirely at the discretion of the seller and will be subject to prior examination of the goods returned for exchange or refund.
7.3 If you follow the above procedure we will issue a full refund to you for the cost of the product and any delivery charge paid- subject to any re-stocking charge that may apply, see clauses 3.7 and 7.1 above. However we reserve the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be sent. The cost of returning the product to us will not be refunded.
7.4 Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take proper and reasonable care of them and not use them.
7.5 We cannot refund your purchase when:
• you return your product without proof of purchase; or
• the seal has been broken or the goods fall under the heading of electronic goods and are subject to clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3; or
• the product or packaging are damaged; or
• the product has been used or cannot be sold as new; or
• the goods were a special order to your specification or have been personalised
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
8. Faulty goods
8.1 Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
8.2 If there is a fault with your product or other defect with your order we will normally offer a prompt replacement service. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault is notified within 14 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
8.3 To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
•in otherwise ‘new’ condition
•complete with any with any promotional or free items included in the order
•in the original box and packaging
8.4 Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge paid (if any). Replacement goods are sent by standard signed-for delivery.
8.5 This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
8.6 Items sold on this website are intended for normal consumer use only.
